As a smaller developer of custom homes and rental units, we have built a reptation for delivering quality, one-on-one experiences with our clients…from planning through building and after-sales service.

Every Jennark Home features premium finishes, our standard level of quality and attention to detail that other builders call “upgrades.” All our homes are registered with the Tarion Warranty Corporation, offering new buyers the highest level of warranty protection in Ontario. As a company, we have had zero claims related to our Tarion warranty.

We also proudly help to build up our communities, with initiatives including donations to Groves Hospital and the Children’s Foundation “Food and Friends’ program for local schools in Wellington County.
